Welcome to FleetMath. These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the route optimization software, the website fleetmath.cloud, and its integrations (hereinafter, 'The Platform'), operated under the trade name FleetMath (hereinafter, 'The Company' or 'We').

1. Commercial Flexibility

The Company reserves the right to modify the pricing of The Platform, introduce credit systems, or change free tier limits at any time, providing 30 days' notice to active users.

2. Strict Limitation of Liability

The Platform is a mathematical optimization tool. We do NOT guarantee the accuracy of third-party maps (Google Maps), real-time traffic, or physical road viability. The User is solely responsible for delivery execution. The Company is NOT liable for business revenue loss, delivery delays, accidents, traffic fines, or loss of merchandise.

3. "As-Is" Provision

The service is provided "As-Is" without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or bug-free performance.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the primary jurisdiction of operations of The Company. Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction.
